Who we are:

A J Metal Products Ltd are based in the heart of the West Midlands in an area known as "The Black Country" - an area well known for pioneering engineering and industrial prowess.

We are specialists in design and manufacture of Air Receivers and Pressure Vessels, serving a wide range of clients and industries.

We believe the most important aspect of our operation is customer satisfaction. All of our staff, many of whom are long serving,  are focused on providing outstanding customer service. Some of our clients have been working with us for over 20 years.

Once we have you as a customer, it is our goal to make sure you never leave us. We offer friendly advice on all aspects of Pressure Vessel design, just ring us and we will do our very best to help, no matter how small or large the problem.

What we do:

We manufacture in house a standard range of Air Receivers and bespoke Pressure Vessels to our clients requirements, from the smallest of vessels to over 70000 litres, from vacuum, to over 100 bar pressure.

How we do it:

• A J Metal Products technical team carry out design calculations and produce manufacturing CAD drawings to suit clients requirements, in line with current design codes, regulations and client's standards.
• We maintain a quality system to ISO 9001 to ensure our products are of the highest standard.
• We hold the ASME Certificate of Authorisation for construction of Pressure Vessels to ASME VIII (U Stamp)
• We are approved by DNV.
• We engage the services of Authorised Inspection Bodies (AIB's) for the design appraisal and shop inspections and testing of coded units, where specified by code requirements.
• We have delivered GOST Russia and Kazakhstan, approved vessels  
• We have designed and manufactured vessels for Australia and New Zealand to AS1210, AS4343 and AS3920  
• Research and development projects with several prominent UK Universities including Nottingham, Cardiff and Bath
• We always strive to meet and exceed the client's expectations.
