In brief, A J Metal Products are able to offer the following services to industry:

• Manufacture of: Pressure Vessels / Vacuum vessels / Air Receivers / Tanks from 1 litre to over 70,000 litres in carbon and stainless steel.  

• Skids and pipe-work in carbon and stainless steel.  

• Pressure Vessel CAD drawing and design facility using Finglow software, also design approval and registration.  

• Machining of fabrications and flanges etc.  

• Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) of vessels.  

• Coating of vessels both externally and internally (painting and galvanising). 

• Fitting kits for Pressure Vessels and Air Receivers, e.g., pressure relief valves, pressure gauges and drain valves.
